Return Process
- 1.Initiate a RMA Request
Contact our technical support team via the portal to troubleshoot your system and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the PC in its original double-layered box with the internal foam bracing to prevent component damage during transit.
- 3.Shipping and Insurance
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the unit at an authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for verification.
- 4.Inspection and Processing
